Where is my order?

We receive a lot of questions about our order times. We strive to send every order as quickly as possible! However, some orders placed will be on items that we handcraft-to-order. We promise to ship all orders as quickly as possible and if any order or item will take more than 3-5 days to ship we will contact you to let you know the updated production time. 

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Often, tracking numbers will only function on domestic orders, as foreign postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers’ systems. International shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks, so you can estimate that it will take about that long from the time your package ships until you will receive it. If your order is domestic and the tracking number doesn’t work, please let us know so we can make sure that your items were properly shipped.

How do discount codes work?

Only ONE discount can be applied at checkout. Add your discount code when you view your cart.

How do I order wholesale?

Please contact us before ordering for a wholesale discount. We will respond to all emails within 48 hours. We offer 35% off every product + free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all wholesale orders.

Let us know which items you would like and how many of each item. We need to know this first to make sure we have enough of each item in stock. If we can accommodate your order, we will then email you back with your personal wholesale discount code.

MINIMUM WHOLESALE ORDER AMOUNT IS $350.

We also offer bulk discounts, which you can find on every product page for orders between 2-20+ items of the same product.

What is the store's cancellation policy?

For all other order cancellations, please contact us immediately via our contact page. We will respond to all emails within 24 hours. Once the order request has been processed by our designers and manufacturers (generally within a couple hours), your order cannot be canceled.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since all of our pieces are handmade to order, processing time may vary. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email left at check out.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Each order is customized and made-to-order therefore ALL ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 25 days after purchasing the item along with a proof f the defect. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in the case where the reason is due to the item being too small or too large. We provide complete information about our size and it is our customer’s duty to measure on their end before purchasing.

How do I take care of my new items?

  1. Apply lotion, cosmetics, hairspray and perfume before dressing in jewelry.
  2. When undressing, wipe each piece with a clean soft cloth to remove oils and perspiration.
  3. Never wear jewelry when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening or exercise.
  4. Never expose jewelry to household cleaning products.
  5. Never expose jewelry to chlorine swimming pools or hot tubs.

Who delivers my item(s)?

Your items are delivered by our fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service in your location.

What happens if no one is at home?

Not to worry, most of our items will be left in your postbox if they are small enough and if the postman does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up!

I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?

Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you.

**Note: Upon completion of purchase, buyers are eligible for a 2 hour Change of Mind Period and it is crucial that you reach out to us then or else we will not be able to make any changes to your order!

What happens if I am charged with import duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the euro amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

The store cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

What do I do if I have received a damaged item?

If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately and you would be given a choice for us to reship you a replacement item.
